No. RoofScaleX credits never expire. Buy a pack once and draw from it whenever you place an order.
Yes. Every service is available on a pay-per-report basis with a one-time online payment, or you can draw from a prepaid credit balance — whichever fits your workflow.
A single online transaction carries payment processing fees and one-off account overhead that a prepaid balance doesn't. Credits let us pass that savings back to you — most reports cost 35–55% less per order when paid from a credit balance instead of a one-off payment.
Yes. If you've purchased credits before and your balance has run to zero, your next pack of 20 credits or more includes free bonus credits automatically — visible on the Credit Pricing page when you're logged in and eligible.
