Terms of Service

By creating an account, ordering a report, or purchasing credits from RoofScaleX (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

RoofScaleX provides roof measurement reports and blueprint takeoffs generated from aerial imagery and/or blueprints you provide, reviewed by our team before delivery. Reports are intended for business use — estimating, bidding, insurance claims, and property management — by contractors, adjusters, and property managers.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for any activity that happens under it. Let us know right away at support@roofscalex.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• You can pay per report online, or prepay by purchasing a credit pack — both are processed securely through PayPal.
• Credits never expire and have no cash value; they can only be redeemed for eligible reports on RoofScaleX.
• Credits are tied to the account that purchased them and are non-transferable to another account.
• Rush turnaround is an optional paid add-on, payable online or with credits, on top of the base report price.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout at the time of purchase and may change for future orders.

Turnaround times shown per report type are estimates, not guarantees. In rare cases where aerial imagery or provided blueprints are insufficient to produce an accurate report, we’ll contact you before delivery rather than deliver — or charge for — an inaccurate report.

RoofScaleX reports are professional estimates generated from aerial imagery and/or blueprints you supply — they are not a substitute for an on-site physical measurement or a licensed land survey, and we make no guarantee that every dimension will exactly match a physical measurement taken on-site.

You’re responsible for independently verifying any measurement that is critical to a bid, insurance claim, permit filing, or contract before relying on it financially. RoofScaleX is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using a report without such verification.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case — email support@roofscalex.com with your order number. An order already marked delivered is generally not eligible for a refund unless the report is materially inaccurate through no fault of the imagery or information provided. Approved refunds for an order paid by online payment are issued back to your original PayPal payment method; for an order paid with credits, the credits spent on that order are restored to your account balance instead. Refunded orders are marked as such on your account either way.

• Don’t use RoofScaleX for any unlawful purpose, or to submit property addresses you don’t have a legitimate business reason to order a report for.
• Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the platform itself.
• Don’t upload files you don’t have the rights to share with us (e.g. blueprints or source reports).

Once delivered and paid for, a report is yours to use for your business purposes — bids, claims, permits, and client-facing documents. RoofScaleX retains all rights to its own software, methodology, and branding.

The site and reports are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofScaleX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a report or the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (in dollars or credit-equivalent value).

We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using RoofScaleX and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of RoofScaleX after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
